Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in case of any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
ORDER ISSUES
We are responsible for a return/reshipment and a refund in the following cases:

You received an incorrect product or style;

You received the wrong size;

You received the wrong color;

Missing products in the order;

The physical measurements differ by more than 3 cm from the size chart.
We are not responsible for a return/reshipment and refund in the following cases:
Sizing issues:

The size does not fit (customer’s error);

The size is too small/too large;
-
The size does not match the size chart provided.
QUALITY ISSUES
We are responsible for a return/reshipment and a refund in the following cases:

Defective items (e.g., zipper not working, holes, missing accessories, etc.);

Package damaged upon arrival.
We are not responsible for a return/reshipment and refund in the following cases:

The product matches the sample, but the customer claims it is not as described;

The product matches the sample, but the customer is simply not satisfied.
Note:
The customer must provide sufficient information regarding order/quality issues for us to approve and process a refund or reshipment.
HOW TO RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we’ve received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times often cause a delay before a refund is credited.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contactbearkbloks@gmail.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
